While we greatly appreciate the community's willingness to help, at this stage we do not currently have the manpower to safely organize large-scale community clean-ups or accommodate individual volunteers when our core team goes out.

Local Recycling Centers

One of the best ways you can keep Barbados clean is by properly recycling your household waste. Consider utilizing these local recycling centers:

B's Recycling

Located in Cane Garden, St. Thomas. Accepts plastics, glass, cardboard, and metal.

SBRC

Sustainable Barbados Recycling Centre (Vaucluse, St. Thomas). Primarily for solid waste, green waste, and construction materials.

You can also find convenient recycling bins for plastics and glass at most Massy Stores locations island-wide.

Future Partnerships

We are currently in discussions with The Future Centre Trust about the possibility of Keep Barbados Clean becoming one of their official projects. If that partnership moves forward, we may be in a much better position to safely organize community clean-ups and provide exciting opportunities for volunteers to join us on the ground. Stay tuned!
